About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive a vision of zero EHS incidents by ensuring alignment with company mission and guiding principles
- Facilitate the development of a strong EHS culture and effective, compliant EHS processes
- Establish EHS working practices across manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution hub sites
- Develop, maintain, and administer site policies in adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
- Coordinate and perform site loss prevention and environmental compliance tasks
- Administer and maintain permit requirements for air, water, and waste program compliance
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in EHS leadership and accountability
- Experience driving EHS vision and strategic alignment
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Experience with air, water, and waste program permit administration
