Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EHS programs for the Miamisburg manufacturing facility to ensure regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture.
• Partner with site leadership to drive accountability and behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Implement and maintain site EHS Management Systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for OSHA, EPA, and local fire code requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations for injuries and near-misses and manage the CAPA process.
• Supervise and develop a team of EHS Professionals and the Site Security Supervisor.
• Support sustainability goals, including landfill-free and recycling initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mastery of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910) and EPA/environmental compliance.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and enterprise EHS systems such as Enablon or Smartsheet.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Miamisburg, OH, in a high-activity manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHMM.
• Experience managing workers' compensation cases and collaborating with occupational health professionals.
