Environmental Graduate/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the project’s environmental management plans and systems
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with approvals, legislation, and project requirements
• Support environmental inspections, audits, and reporting
• Assist with soil, water, vegetation, and biodiversity management activities
• Engage with project teams to promote environmental awareness and best practice
• Maintain accurate environmental records and documentation
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline
• Recent graduate or 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role (construction or infrastructure preferred)
• Understanding of environmental compliance and management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn in a dynamic site environment
