Environmental Foreman

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily tailgate meetings and site hazard discussions
• Lead daily Permit to Work/AHA discussions to highlight risks
• Review individual assignments with crew members for clarity and efficiency
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and tools
• Maintain precise daily notes and field logs to track progress
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for timely project progression
• Determine material needs and delivery schedules
• Provide daily reports on labor, equipment, material usage, and production
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review budgets versus actual costs
• Identify and address change order conditions promptly

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 7-10 years in civil construction with a focus on excavation and grading
• 40-Hr HAZWOPER or current 8-Hr HAZWOPER Refresher Certification
• CPR/First Aid training certification
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
