Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute environmental activities assigned by the Environmental Leader to ensure project quality and timelines.
• Develop and implement Environmental Management Plans.
• Conduct environmental monitoring, audits, and inspections.
• Investigate environment-related incidents to identify immediate and root causes.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions regarding relevant environmental procedures and standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of HSE Management Systems and environmental legislative requirements within Oil & Gas/EPC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Certificate for Environmental Management.
• ISO 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional HSE certifications or specialized HSE training.
