Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the Environment area within the inspection team
• Ensure environmental control on-site, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Prepare technical reports, environmental management plans, and supporting documentation
• Identify and propose preventive and corrective measures to mitigate environmental impacts
• Monitor internal and external environmental audits and inspections
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to implement environmental best practices
• Promote environmental awareness among on-site teams
• Participate in meetings with various stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Engineering (preferred), Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Environmental Manager
• Mandatory training in ISO 14001
• Solid knowledge of technical standards and sector regulations
• Knowledge of environmental management best practices in the construction sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Knowledge of construction management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
• Proficiency in English
