Requirements
Valid Driver License, CDL Class A, Tanker Endorsement, HazMat Endorsement, High school diploma or GED, Medical Examiner’s Certificate
About the role
Responsibilities
- Pick up and transport waste safely according to federal, state, and local regulations
- Label containers and complete pre-printed manifests and work orders
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report spills, accidents, or safety violations
- Load and transport waste safely in tankers
- Provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal services from customer sites
- Operate tank functions safely
Requirements
- Valid Driver License
- CDL Class A
- Tanker Endorsement
- HazMat Endorsement
- High school diploma or GED
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MEC)
- Ability to handle overnight requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Waste industry experience or some college
- TWIC endorsement
- Ability to use Fall Protection and climb on tankers
- Strong knowledge of Environmental, Regulatory, and DOT rules
- VacTruck experience
