Environmental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide environmental compliance support to New Mexico Unconventional operations, including analysis of environmental regulations and applicability determinations
• Support the review of physical and operational changes to ensure compliance with assigned regulations
• Complete internal and external reporting obligations for assigned requirements
• Support compliance assurance processes for programs such as Air Emissions Inventory, Title V, NSPS, GHG, TRI, SPCC, and Spill Reporting
• Manage agency enforcement actions as necessary using available SSHE and Law resources
• Coordinate internal Corporate Environmental Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Environmental preferred) or Environmental Science
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Oil and Gas Upstream and Unconventional Assets
• Demonstrated knowledge of emissions calculations and methodology
• Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and New Mexico environmental regulations
• Knowledge of Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, or other business productivity tools
