About the role
Responsibilities
- Support compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements
- Implement and maintain Construction Environmental Management Plans
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring
- Assist with incident investigation and environmental reporting
- Support approvals documentation and stakeholder liaison
- Deliver toolbox talks and environmental training on site
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a similar discipline
- 4–7 years of post-graduate experience in a site-based construction environment
- Strong understanding of environmental compliance on civil projects
- Confident communicator able to engage effectively with site teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to undertake regional FIFO work when required
