Environmental Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements
• Implement and maintain Construction Environmental Management Plans
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring
• Assist with incident investigation and environmental reporting
• Support approvals documentation and stakeholder liaison
• Deliver toolbox talks and environmental training on site

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 4–7 years of post-graduate experience in a site-based construction environment
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance on civil projects
• Confident communicator able to engage effectively with site teams and stakeholders
• Willingness to undertake regional FIFO work when required
