Environmental Commodity Broker

Responsibilities

• Broker OTC and exchange cleared transactions across European power and related energy markets
• Provide execution and intermediation services across physical day ahead and intraday markets
• Build, maintain and grow a portfolio of clients including utilities, producers, and trading houses
• Identify new leads and proactively convert them into recurring business
• Provide clients with timely pricing, market colour and regulatory insight

Requirements

• Fluent business English and native or near-native German
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Energy
• Understanding of Nordic power markets, bidding zones, and financial derivatives
• Experience in brokering, trading, sales, or market analytics is a strong advantage
• Ability to engage in cold calling and client outreach
