About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the intake and evaluation of new complaints by reviewing submissions and preparing intake reports
- Assist in the oversight of portfolio cases by monitoring solution implementations and identifying sector or regional trends
- Support the preparation of monthly corporate and CMU-specific logs for Grievance Redress Service (GRS) cases
- Review management responses, action plans, and monitoring reports for IPN/CAO cases
- Contribute data and inputs to the Integrated Risk (IR) Dashboard to provide senior leadership with a consolidated view of E&S risks
- Develop regular progress reports, guidance materials, and lessons learned to communicate unit deliverables
Requirements
- Master's degree in social sciences, law, political science, environmental/natural sciences, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in E&S risk management, including private sector experience in sustainability
- Strong knowledge of the IFC Sustainability Framework and/or WBG Environmental and Social Framework
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse information sources and draw conclusions
