Environmental and Energy Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental terms of the Concession Agreement, project specifications, and environmental protection legislation
• Prepare environmental management reports and submit them to competent authorities
• Implement Environmental Management and Energy Management Systems for construction, operation, and exploitation phases
• Coordinate environmental licensing processes and potential modifications
• Collaborate with subcontractors on all environmental matters
• Develop and maintain the Quality Manual (QM) to ensure QMS effectiveness
• Prepare, review, control, archive, and distribute Quality Manuals, procedures, and other quality documents
• Conduct audits in cooperation with Internal Auditors
• Manage and review results of internal/external Quality Audits and decide on corrective actions
• Prepare monthly reports to Management regarding quality activities

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
• Specialization in environmental issues related to highway construction
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
