Environmental and Energy Advisory Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the environmental and energy advisory portfolio in Poland
• Identify and develop opportunities in infrastructure and the energy sector (transmission, RES, advanced energy projects)
• Develop relationships with public institutions, contractors, and energy sector stakeholders
• Expand advisory services beyond traditional EIA to include environmental consulting and permitting strategies
• Manage and develop the environmental team within the Energy business line
• Support key strategic projects in infrastructure and energy
• Collaborate with Egis Group teams to leverage international expertise and cross-border opportunities

Requirements

• Strong experience in environmental consulting, infrastructure, or energy sectors
• Proven track record in business development and market growth
• Experience with environmental permits and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Experience in building client relationships and securing contracts
• Fluency in English
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to drive business growth
