Environmental Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support tender submissions by incorporating relevant environmental mitigation and sustainability innovations into projects
• Conduct environmental inspections and audits using the Novade platform to ensure legal and system compliance
• Review environmental incidents and develop learning outcomes to drive continuous practice improvement
• Collate and prepare sustainability information to report progress against agreed objectives and targets
• Chair meetings with operational staff to drive the sustainability agenda and share best practices across the business

Requirements

• Experience working in an environmental or similar role, ideally within the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction sustainability schemes such as BREEAM, LEED, or WELL
• Experience setting, measuring, and communicating environmental KPIs
• Full driving licence and a willingness to travel to sites regularly
• A genuine passion for sustainability, carbon reduction, and resource efficiency
