Environment Health and Safety Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of EHS strategic imperatives across Seattle, Renton, and Moses Lake sites
• Manage EHS management systems and Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention programs
• Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and injury-free mindset across factory programs
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and industry associations
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the EHS team and program leadership
• Identify and prioritize key EHS initiatives and drive actionable plans
• Utilize data analytics and lean practices to drive decision-making and organizational management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal role
• 5+ years of experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
• 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• Experience developing employees and building organizational talent
