Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate EHS strategy to shape safety culture and support site growth in Wichita, KS
• Build strong relationships with site leadership to embed EHS strategies into daily operations and long-term planning
• Develop and sustain high-impact programs for injury prevention, ergonomic risk reduction, and environmental excellence
• Drive compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Boeing requirements through robust management systems
• Partner with stakeholders on site expansion activities to ensure safe construction and operational planning
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to EHS managers and staff
• Use data analytics and lean practices to drive decision-making and optimize organizational processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience implementing or managing an environmental, health, and safety management system
• 5+ years of experience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing a multi-skill discipline team
• Ability to travel up to 5%
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

• 10+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety
