Responsibilities
- Lead the Perth-based Environment team of specialists
- Manage specialists working across marine ecology, environmental planning, and impact assessment
- Oversee environmental approvals and field data collection/analysis for terrestrial and aquatic environments
- Develop people and mentor emerging leaders within the team
- Strengthen client relationships and drive business development to win work
- Ensure Western Australian operations align with national and regional priorities
- Balance team leadership with direct technical contribution to projects and clients
