Bespoke Pixel is a small, fully funded, independent studio working on a well-known IP. We are a team of creative and technical professionals pushing the boundaries of gameplay and visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Craft rich, varied, and realistically styled environments including props, foliage, and materials
• Create and iterate on 3D assets and environment variations while maintaining visual consistency
• Collaborate with the world team to transition areas from blockout to final polished states
• Optimize assets for performance and troubleshoot visual bugs
• Contribute ideas to raise visual and technical standards using the latest rendering techniques

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as an Environment Artist in the games industry
• Strong grasp of realistic art fundamentals including modeling, texturing, lighting, and modular workflows
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Substance Painter/Designer
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic, immersive environment building
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines effectively
