Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality housing market data through research, computer-assisted, and telephone surveys
• Ensure data is collected in a timely and accurate manner within assigned geographic areas
• Build and maintain professional rapport during all interactions
• Organize work independently to meet tight deadlines and achieve survey goals

Requirements

• High School diploma or higher
• Strong oral and written communication skills in French
• Demonstrated strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, including MS Excel and data entry databases
• Ability to work from home with access to high-speed internet
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience in field data collection, survey-based research, or data entry
• Previous experience with telephone interviewing and making outbound calls
• Experience in the property management or housing industry
• Knowledge of Montreal and the surrounding area
