Entry Operator

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned goals in production, safety, quality, performance, and cost
• Notify supervisors of mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity
• Comply with GMPs, SOPs, corporate policies, and plant regulations
• Provide assistance to all production areas including fillers, forklifts, and production lines
• Cover breaks, lunches, and other staffing needs as assigned
• Maintain food safety and quality standards in support of SQF
• Ensure work areas are sanitary and adhere to sanitation practices
• Communicate effectively between shifts and departments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, and crouch
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally more with accommodations
• Ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment
