Entry-Level Software Engineer - Developer

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, testing, and maintenance of non-embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into initial software product designs.
• Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of software products for system integrations.
• Help document architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
• Debug and resolve issues to ensure software reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in troubleshooting technical issues and analyzing user feedback.
• Assist in implementing emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Support software project management and supplier management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
• Programming experience (via school projects or internships) in C, C++, Java, or C#.
• Basic knowledge of computer science and software development principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Experience in an Agile environment using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or React.
• Experience with Linux-based operating systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
