Entry Level Sales

Responsibilities

• Service the existing client base and manage long-term client relationships
• Supervise team activity and monitor performance results
• Train and develop incoming team members on existing company systems
• Perform daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM
• Maintain a daily focus on client management, growth, and leadership development

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience
• Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Must have a clean background
• Must have reliable personal transportation
