Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep - Geo Stormwater

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales activity within an assigned territory through customer visits, project tracking, and opportunity development
• Learn and apply product knowledge across stormwater, geosynthetics, and specialty applications
• Identify project opportunities using ConstructConnect, DOT lettings reviews, and market research
• Utilize CRM and estimating tools to manage sales execution and pipeline
• Build foundational relationships with contractors, engineers, and internal partners
• Participate in territory planning and market presence strategies

Requirements

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in sales, construction, engineering, or related internships
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Construction Management, or Engineering is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn technical product applications
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to work in a field-based sales environment with travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Previous exposure to the construction or infrastructure industry
