Entry Level Logistics Leader

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and managing work flow
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Associates through oral and written channels
• Partner with leadership to build a positive team environment and maintain professional behavior
• Utilize DC systems to ensure Associates follow standard operating procedures
• Coordinate the training of both current and new hire Associates

Requirements

• Knowledge of Distribution Center (DC) operations
• Proficiency with PCs and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
• Exceptional attendance and performance record
