Entry Level Laborer

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare asphalt or concrete surfaces to secure polyurethane track material
• Use small hand tools and power equipment for surface preparation and polyurethane installation
• Carry, mix, and pour polyurethane to install track surfaces in accordance with OSHA safety standards
• Recover excess rubber granules and perform edge detail trimming of track surfaces
• Manage general site cleanup and demobilization

Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and on uneven surfaces for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, squat, crawl, and kneel for long durations
• Proficiency in using hand tools, drills, grinders, and other specialized installation equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant field experience in construction or installation
