Entry Level Laborer

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare asphalt or concrete surfaces to secure polyurethane track material
• Use small hand tools and power equipment for surface preparation and polyurethane installation
• Carry, mix, and pour polyurethane to install track surfaces in accordance with OSHA safety standards
• Recover excess rubber granules and perform edge detail trimming of track surfaces
• Manage general site cleanup and demobilization

Requirements

• Ability to meet heavy physical demands, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, for up to 10 hours per day
• Experience using hand tools, power equipment, and machinery such as drills or grinders

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant field experience in construction or surfacing
