Entry Level HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to client homes to perform maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems
• Present service, repair, and replacement options to customers
• Document all work and recommendations using a company iPad
• Attend weekly training meetings to continually increase industry knowledge
• Maintain a neat and organized company vehicle and equipment

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Professional appearance: well groomed, clean cut, visible tattoos covered, no facial piercings
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, on roofs, in attics, crawlspaces, and garages
• Physical ability to stand, squat, lift and move objects weighing 10–75 pounds, and use ladders
