Entry Level Aerospace Technician

Responsibilities

• Support operations and facilities during the initial 12-week phase
• Rotate through manufacturing teams in assembly or fabrication pathways
• Learn machining, fabricating, and assembly skills under dedicated mentorship
• Assist with mechanical assemblies and manufacturing tasks in a safe environment
• Complete two 12-week technical rotations with 1:1 training on industrial processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years old
• Safe working habits and strong attention to detail
• Experience with hand tools and mechanical assemblies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Able to stand for extended periods and maneuver in tight spaces
• Able to withstand repetitive movements, bending, twisting, and distracting noise levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to machining, welding, or mechanical assemblies
• Forklift experience
