Entry Finance Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage payment complement processes for Mexican suppliers, ensuring compliance and fiscal accuracy
• Perform daily follow-up and reconciliation of payment complements
• Maintain trackers and databases to monitor the status of pending payment complements
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders (Procurement, Tax, AP) to resolve inquiries
• Identify and escalate delays or discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations
• Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency
