Responsibilities

• Moonshot Experimentation: Turning raw hypotheses about digital labor into functional pilots
• Market Validation: Identifying local and global market demands aligned with underserved communities
• Product-Market Fit: Rapidly iterating on mobile-first solutions
• Building the Blueprint: Developing operational and technical playbooks for new business units
• Revenue Pipeline Development: Identifying early adopters and securing first revenue-generating contracts
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Influencing founders and stakeholders to experiment with new ideas

Requirements

• Previous experience as a startup founder or core founding team member (first 5 employees)
• 5+ years of total professional experience in high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with product design, user research, and sales
• Strong alignment with technology and social equity missions
