Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment function including candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Create connections and maintain relationships with key industry players and CEOs
• Develop, implement, and manage social media and marketing strategies
• Perform data analysis, including extracting and interpreting data

Requirements

• Currently finishing or have completed a bachelor's degree with outstanding results
• Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in Italian
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High sense of urgency and work ethic
