Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment function including candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Creating connections and maintaining relationships with industry leaders and CEOs
- Developing, implementing, and managing social media and marketing strategies
- Performing data analysis, extracting, interpreting, and relaying data
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in German
- Currently finishing or have completed a bachelor's degree with outstanding results
- Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
