Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment function including candidate sourcing and interviewing
- Create connections and maintain relationships with industry leaders and CEOs
- Develop and manage social media and marketing strategy and content creation
- Perform data analysis, extraction, and interpretation
Requirements
- Currently finishing or have completed a bachelor's degree with outstanding results
- Experience from part-time work or extracurricular activities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- High sense of urgency and proactive ownership
