Responsibilities

• Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback
• Execute the strategy at a rapid pace
• Develop the company’s brand as a leader in inspiration and networking
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within budget and timelines
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved
• Identify expansion opportunities with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisition

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or a start-up
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, ideally followed by an MBA
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering results
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit
