Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute strategic priorities
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes
• Lead cross-functional task forces and strategic workstreams across departments
• Identify and assess new business opportunities, emerging trends, and market disruptions
• Design and pilot new business models, products, and services
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Mentor and coach senior managers and high-potential talent
• Represent the CEO Office in internal and external stakeholder engagements

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, ideally including founding or leading a startup
• Proven track record of translating strategy into execution and delivering measurable results
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder influence capabilities
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and financial acumen
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
