About the Company

A1 is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. The mission is to create high-reliability AI-native applications that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion
• Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners
• Support new market launches and expansion initiatives
• Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges
• Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements
• Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently with limited structure
• Strong execution skills and bias toward action
• High ownership and willingness to take on unfamiliar challenges
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines
