Entrepreneur Experience Selection & Scale Up Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Scout emerging companies across various verticals including AI, biotech, robotics, fintech, and healthtech
• Manage the largest international program for early-stage companies based out of Greece
• Prepare company profiles and materials to support the evaluation and advocacy of founders
• Drive portfolio growth by bringing promising entrepreneurs into the Endeavor network
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and experts to strengthen the ecosystem pipeline

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in program management, startups, VC, or community building
• Strong interest in technology and supporting founders tackling complex problems
• Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics
• Fluency in both English and Greek
• Proven problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset

• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams
