Responsibilities

• Act as a process supervisor and trainer for logistics leaders and new hires within the ACES Learning team.
• Become an expert in standard processes to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Provide continuous support and monitoring to Delivery Associates to assist their learning curve.
• Offer training, observation, and feedback to both Supervisors and Associates.
• Maintain and update accurate training records.
• Use and analyze daily data to improve the learning experience for new hires and existing associates.
• Provide feedback to the operations team and leadership regarding trends and new employee performance.
• Complete audits and follow up on resulting action items.
• Organize and monitor cross-training to support maximum skill requirements within operations.
• Work with operations to identify skill gaps and create training for critical roles.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, course facilitation, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
