Entra ID Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, access privileges, and groups within the Entra ID system
• Design, implement, and support Entra ID services and their integration with on-premise Active Directory
• Manage the Tier 0 cloud environment (TESSA) and secure platforms via Microsoft Intune and Windows 10
• Develop and maintain API automations to deploy cloud infrastructure and identities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Entra ID related technical issues and handle ServiceNow tickets
• Collaborate with the IAM team to ensure proper access controls and participate in IAM projects
• Conduct IAM audits, review access control reports, and maintain process documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations to support global identity operations

Requirements

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, SQL, PowerShell, and Terraform
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access Policy (CAP) and how they function
• Hands-on experience with PIM, Entra Connect, and Intune
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience with incident and change management processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and identity and access management principles
• Experience working with high-security server environments
• Strong presentation, documentation, and communication skills
