Entertainment Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate systems including Voyage Planner, BrightSign, Adobe Creative Suite, QFlow, and DCL App Messaging
• Manage content for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and prepare contingencies for malfunctions
• Manage pre-booked Onboard Guest Activities through OARs for all Entertainment
• Oversee the entire printing operation, including inventory, stock, ordering, and equipment maintenance
• Conduct regular audits of signage to ensure show quality standards
• Partner with shoreside teams for the fulfillment of new collateral requests

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in desktop publishing or digital communications
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience with word processing, scanning, and spreadsheet software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent English grammar, writing, and spelling skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a high-pressure environment
• College degree in multi-media, computer graphics, desktop publishing, or digital communications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Disney-specific programs like Voyage Planner and BrightSign
• Experience with Canon high-speed printers
