About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Entertainment Department onboard the ship, overseeing Stage Staff, Activities Team, Resident and Guest Performers, and Presenters
- Set the vision for programming across all venues
- Shape the department’s culture and ensure consistent, creative, and excellent entertainment delivery
- Develop talent and foster a motivated, professional team
- Serve as the primary connection with shoreside Entertainment Operations
- Partner with the Hotel General Manager and shoreside partners to align programming with company standards and enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in entertainment or hospitality management
- Strong emotional intelligence and decisive leadership skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams and high-pressure environments
- Sound judgment and ability to align operations with company goals
