Entertainment & Choreography Manager

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and choreograph bespoke performances and immersive shows
• Curate and oversee end-to-end entertainment programs from development to execution
• Lead and inspire a diverse roster of international performers and talent
• Orchestrate rehearsals, staging, and live operations
• Collaborate with creative, production, and design teams on music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling
• Evolve concepts through innovation and reinvention for seasonal transformations
• Oversee entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management
• Uphold standards of quality, safety, and cultural sensitivity

Requirements

• Established experience in high-end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction
• Experience within luxury or large-scale events
• Strong global networks of entertainers and talent
• Ability to translate concepts into immersive reality
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, seasonal environments
