About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings
  • Lead system updates, releases, and enhancements to maximize organizational impact
  • Serve as the technical escalation point (Tier 3) for complex Workday issues
  • Lead the Workday change control committee in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party support to optimize system performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
  • Proficiency in tenant management, business processes, and security roles
  • Deep technical experience with EIB, Core Connect, APIs, and Workday Studio
  • Expertise in report building, data analytics (Prism, calculated fields), and system documentation
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms and Microsoft Office 365
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certifications (HCM, Finance, or Security)
  • Experience managing integrations with third-party systems and identity management
  • CompTIA A+ or other relevant IT certifications
  • Experience leading system implementations and change management committees
