Enterprise Technology Intern - Technical Delivery

Responsibilities

• Build and configure within enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and Slack
• Write and test automations, scripts, or Apex/declarative logic to streamline manual processes
• Support integration work between systems by documenting, testing, and validating data and APIs
• Help maintain operational documentation including runbooks and technical specifications
• Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across the SaaS portfolio
• Support user-acceptance testing and change management for in-flight projects
• Troubleshoot configuration and access issues

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field
• Solid programming fundamentals and comfort reading/writing code
• Clear written communication skills for documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Austin, TX (40 hours/week)
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by U.S. law due to export-controlled information
