Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and design technical solutions to help clients advance towards an AI Agentic future using the Meta Business Messaging platform
• Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock stakeholder budgets and present compelling value propositions
• Build and maintain trust with high-level decision-makers across business, technical, and marketing functions
• Develop strategic client plans to drive growth, including pipeline development and competitive displacement assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scale client-facing activities and build global playbooks
• Conduct technical architecture discussions and guide clients through optimal implementations of Meta's messaging platform
• Communicate client feedback internally to identify product feature gaps and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
• Proven experience leading the full sales cycle and orchestrating cross-functional teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and articulate business value to decision-makers
• Analytical problem-solving skills with experience managing large-scale systems
• Ability to operate autonomously and demonstrate thought leadership
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable business impact
