Enterprise Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical presentations and conduct implementation planning for enterprise clients
• Manage end-to-end implementation processes, including project timelines and risk mitigation
• Deliver seamless API and flat file integrations
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align customer goals with business outcomes
• Partner with Sales to conduct integration discovery and rollout plans
• Drive product roadmap enhancements by championing customer feedback and documenting requirements
• Serve as the primary post-go-live point of contact for strategic customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise customer relationship management
• Proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management meeting KPIs
• Experience with financial money movement, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
• General understanding of APIs
• Experience managing the implementation process from discovery to rollout
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong ability to translate complex technical language into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working closely with product managers to drive development
• Experience supporting sales teams in closing deals involving technical integrations
