About the role
Responsibilities
- Own specific recruiting workflow domains in Ashby, including stages, fields, permissions, approvals, and configuration standards.
- Design and implement governed workflow changes that balance recruiter usability with reporting trust and downstream integration reliability.
- Drive durable fixes for recurring operational issues by identifying root causes through configuration, automation, or process redesign.
- Partner with PXT, IT, and People Analytics on integrations, monitoring, incident response, and failure-mode reduction.
- Strengthen data quality by improving capture design, standard definitions, audit mechanisms, and ongoing workflow governance.
- Create and maintain SOPs, change records, training materials, and reference documentation.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Ashby, including production configuration and workflow design.
- Strong working knowledge of recruiting workflows, offer processes, and candidate/requisition data.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflows, permissions, and integrations within Ashby and an HRIS (Workday experience is strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead scoped systems programs end-to-end.
- Experience with integration monitoring, analytics tooling, or workflow automation.
- Experience working in compliance-sensitive or audit-sensitive environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or multi-entity recruiting workflows.
- Sound judgment regarding change control and access governance.
