Enterprise Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage customer Request for Change (RFC) and Requirements Configuration Management (CM) processes
• Define and baseline future space and ground architecture by investigating proposed alternatives to mitigate capability gaps
• Coordinate and execute engineering investigations of architecture concepts to assess feasibility and interoperability
• Support the definition, refinement, and management of requirements while maintaining traceability following agency standards
• Support enterprise risks, issues, and opportunities processes and facilitate risk mitigation

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field
• 10-15+ years of systems engineering experience supporting government systems acquisitions and enterprise services
• Proven experience in Space within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with customers and diverse engineering groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering (MBE) applications and technology
• OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification
• Experience developing innovative solutions through technology, tools, and process evolution
