Enterprise Systems Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation and configuration of enterprise business systems including workflows, approval processes, and permissions
• Manage system-related requests and issues from business users to ensure timely resolution
• Assist in new system implementation activities including requirement clarification, testing, and go-live support
• Perform basic system customization, configuration, or scripting to fulfill business requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in a structured manner
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to track and resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related discipline
• 5 years of experience in enterprise systems, business applications, or process-related roles
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through on tasks
• Good communication skills and patience when working with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, or finance platforms
• Experience in system implementation or business process improvement initiatives
• Basic understanding of common business processes like procurement or onboarding
• Technical awareness of APIs, system integrations, or data flow concepts
