Enterprise Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite OneWorld, including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany functionality
• Manage user roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom records, forms, and fields
• Support existing integrations and automations between NetSuite and third-party applications
• Ensure NetSuite aligns with business needs across financial reporting, supply chain management, and CRM
• Develop and enforce best practices for system usage, data governance, and security
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify system requirements and prioritize the NetSuite roadmap
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Oversee role-based access controls to protect sensitive business data

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and CRM processes within NetSuite
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience partnering with finance, supply chain, and CRM users

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite SuiteFoundations, Administrator, and/or Developer certifications
• Background in change management and process optimization
